I'm Otto Fischer, Co-Founder, IT Manager and Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Romania. With 7+ years in enterprise software development and a track record of scaling teams and delivering mission-critical solutions, I bridge the gap between technical excellence and strategic business outcomes.
